These sheet suspenders are the answer. Each of the 4 items has 3 straps: one for the corner, one each for the head or foot of the bed and on for the side. With them in place the bottom sheet is stretched table-top tight across the bed and STAYS PUT.Not great: to look at the straps , white elastic with chrome clips, are not beautiful. (They look a bit like old fashioned stocking suspenders but not in an enticing shade!) the clips are small making inserting a mattress protector and sheet unwieldy: you have to invert the mattress to clip on the straps.
