Chat GPT suggested, Gaviscon Advance Uk version, saying it has a stronger barrier and lasts longer than Gourmet Reflux. Also said can use both, Gourmet Reflux first and then Gaviscon right before bed. Seems to be working. However, Peppermint taste flavor of Gaviscon is a bit hard to get used to.
