I bought it to relieve my aching back when I was sewing. One evening, my husband was on a business conference call. Unfortunately, it lasted for hours. His back was starting to hurt while staring at his computer. I reminded him about this product I'd recently purchased. He was not interested. About an hour later, he caves in and asks me where it was. He tried it and was EXTREMELY impressed. He bought himself one the very next day. I had to laugh at one of the reviews I read that said the person had received it and it didn't have enough air in it, so they aired it up. NOOOOO! You've completely missed the point. Whether you sit on it or put it behind your back, the point of not having it FULL of air is for it to work with your body's natural movements. Sitting on it requires the body to "work" more, thus less aches from sitting in one very uncomfortable position.
