If you comfortable in close, tight fitting shirts (which with the padding is what you want) stick with M. Enjoy! **Q: How do you clean this shirt?** A: The padding is removable and easy to reposition. Simply remove the pads, machine wash warm. Tumble dry (on low if you can) and replace the pads when done. **Q: I would like to wear this under a polo shirt but the sleeves stick way out. Is there a size that works with a polo?** A: I took out the biceps abs triceps and I cut the shirt off and made the sleeve shorter **Q: What is the approximate increase, in inches, to the chest and arm measurement?
