Review: Pure and Flavorful - I recently purchased Vedaka Sesame (Gingelly) Oil, and I must say that I am highly satisfied with the quality and flavor it offers. This oil has become a staple in my kitchen, and it has elevated the taste and aroma of my dishes. One of the standout features of Vedaka Sesame Oil is its purity. This oil is extracted from high-quality sesame seeds and undergoes a careful extraction process, ensuring that it retains its natural goodness and flavors. The rich, nutty aroma that fills my kitchen when I cook with this oil is truly delightful. The taste of this sesame oil is exceptional. It adds a distinct depth and flavor to my dishes, enhancing the overall culinary experience. Whether I'm stir-frying vegetables, sautéing meats, or even drizzling it over salads, Vedaka Sesame Oil adds a unique and delicious touch. It has a rich and robust taste that complements a variety of cuisines, from Asian to Mediterranean. Apart from its flavor, I appreciate the health benefits associated with sesame oil. It is known for its high content of monounsaturated fats and antioxidants, which contribute to heart health and overall well-being. Cooking with Vedaka Sesame Oil gives me the assurance that I am using a natural and nutritious oil in my everyday meals. The packaging of this product is also worth mentioning. The oil comes in a sturdy and leak-proof bottle, ensuring that it remains fresh and protected. The flip-top cap allows for easy pouring and prevents any accidental spills or wastage. The only reason I am giving Vedaka Sesame (Gingelly) Oil a four-star rating instead of five is the price point. While the quality and flavor of the oil are exceptional, it is slightly more expensive compared to other brands available in the market. However, considering the superior taste and health benefits it offers, I believe it is worth the investment for those who appreciate high-quality oils. In conclusion, Vedaka Sesame (Gingelly) Oil is a pure and flavorful addition to any kitchen. Its rich taste, nutty aroma, and health benefits make it an excellent choice for cooking and enhancing the flavors of various dishes. Despite the slightly higher price, the quality and culinary advantages of this sesame oil make it a worthwhile purchase for those seeking to elevate their cooking experience.
Review: Bang for the Bucks - Everything was perfect from the careful packaging & delivery of parcel to the tightly sealed cap on the bottle to anti oil spillage cap inside the bottle.Flavour & smell is good.Last year on Diwali i ordered 1ltr Black Sesame cold pressed oil from Puvi which was around 100 Bucks more expensive than this even though it was as part of sale. The product from puvi was purchased after reading lot of reviews & considering the quality it was money well spent. Even though vedaka's reviews aren't great as compared to puvi but the product itself is excellent with the plus point being the price as compared to puvi & other companies selling cold pressed oil's.I have prev ordered 5 ltr vedaka groundnut oil the result for which was same. The only negative is the price difference where 5 ltr sesame oil was sold for 1450 Re before it was jacked to 1800 Re only later for it to being sold for 1600 Re.1 ltr cost me 385 Re however if i had ordered 5 ltr few weeks back it would have costed me 290 Re per litre a difference of 95 Rupees. Similarly 5lt Groundnut oil is sold for 1350 Re whereas 1 litre is sold for 320 Re which is 50 Re Expensive. The 5 ltr groundnut oil that i received didn't have Mfg or Exp date even though the oil was good however 1 ltr Black Seame oil has both.Given that desertcart's claim that Vedaka is there own Brand i hope they take this as a valuable feedback from a genuine future regular customer like me & hopefully many others on rectifying the concerns mentioned above.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality sesame oil.
*by A***H on 11 June 2026*

The oil quality seems to be pure. Smooth texture, no strong aroma. Yes, highly beneficial to health. No leakage upon positioning it horizontally. Lightweight. As it seems to be pure, I can say it is cold-pressed.
