We also used cranberry capsules, Vitamin C 1 Gram, and doc recommended flushing catheter almost every day! These all helped but the greatest improvement was using this wipe properly. Bit pricey, thickness moderate and perfect size. They came out singly instead in clumps. No skin irritation (and my husband was very sensitive skin.
