Which better for English Springer spaniel?** A: They both have the fine/coarse but the # 000 is longer, has longer teeth. I would go with the #000 for the English Springer Spaniel. **Q: # 003 is that right?** A: Nope, it's #006. **Q: Which comb is better for shelties?** A: I use this comb for my 16 lb. Havanese's face when his fur is shorter during the summer months, but use the larger one when he is longer haired. The larger comb has more spacing so it doesn't pull for larger knots and works better for longer hair. I find both of them very helpful all over! Highly recommend, don't pull as much as previous combs did. **Q: the combs I currently use are German made and excellent quality.
