When you buy this product, it will tell you to download the application iottie, however, that application does not work at all so don’t download it. What you need to do is download the Alexa app, Open your Bluetooth on your phone and find the car mount then go to the Alexa app and add the car mount under car accessories (when you try to set up the Bluetooth, it might tell you you have not downloaded the app so just click on it and it will take you to Alexa app) and that’s it you be ready to go.
