**Q: Is this DIM- micro encapsulated?**
A: I don't recall seeing or thinking there are a bunch of little pills inside, I think it's just powder

**Q: Taking two with meal once a day.. will still be effective?**
A: It is recommended to use   to 4 capsules one or two times daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Taking 2 capsules with one meal is fine but you may want to check with your healthcare provider to determine if this is enough for your particular needs.
