**Q: Has anyone used this product for fat loss? I read a ton of articles that say if you rub camphor in your fat areas, it eventually freezes the goes away**
A: I used it for pain. Dieting & exercise is only solution to loose weight.

**Q: How much camphor is in this ointment? What other ingredients are there and in what % are they?**
A: 11% camphor, inactive ingredient is polyethylene glycol. My husband and I have been using this for years, it is amazingly effective. PS it is sometimes but not always available in Wal-Mart.
