Mr. GO promptly responded directly to me letting me know that they stand behind the quality of their products by replacing my 8 inch LED globe without any hassle on my part. I received a brand new 8 inch globe within a few days. I was also provided additional tips for use & storage to help prolong the life of the globes. It's important for customers to know that Mr.GO 100% stands behind their products & they genuinely care about their customers! Shout out to Amanda, Customer Support & Bruce, Sales Manager, who both went above & beyond to show the commitment of Mr.GO to their customers & their products! Purchased 5/2022 and as of July 4, 2025, it is dead! I only use these in these in the summer months (June, July, August) & maybe twice a month. That equates to about 18 uses! Not very good for the price! They are very pretty, so I give it 2 stars.

**Q: is there a way to buy only the remote control, my dog chewed mine up, and would it even connect to my light?**
A: I'm not sure about buying just the remote, I'd contact the developer. I do know we bought 3 of these & my boys turn each other's on & off with their remotes all the time 😂

A: I guess it is because the globe light has a sphere surface and if you are adding a flat stick, it will not attach well onto the surface. Try adding the logo sticker on the bottom if the size of the sticker is appropriate.

A: The weight, I cannot tell you, but should be in the product description, and the ball is plastic

This worked for like a week or two and then just stopped working. Even when it was working, the battery life was super weak. I'd charge it all night long, but after I unplugged it, it would only stay lit for a few hours. Now, it won't even light up, even when it's plugged in. Really wish it had happened sooner, just so I could return it, but it's too late now. Just threw my money out the window. Learn from my mistake!! DO NOT BUY THIS!! EDIT: The sellers were kind enough to reach out and send me a brand new replacement, and it works well. I appreciate their helpfulness, and will now be changing my rating based on their response from 1 star to 4 stars.
