It did require a BIOS upgrade, which turned out to be tricky. I eventually got it to work. The 14-1 pin connector is a 15 pin connector with one pin blocked so you can only plug it in one direction on the motherboard. The second option is to check and see at the Asus Website if your BIOS has an update that activates the TPM on your Ryzen 9 5950x Processor itself. If it does then you do not need this module, you can activate TPM in the BIOS Settings. This module works in my Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi) Motherboard. After I purchased this TPM Module, Asus came out with a patch in their BIOS update that activated the TPM on my Ryzen 5 3600 Processor.
