I did have this issue with a regular pillow-so I know why you are asking. This pillow-with the satin case stays put! **Q: Can you use a regular size pillowcase with this pillow?** A: Yes!!!! I have had this pillow since they first introduced it. The original one was a bit smaller so a standard pillow case was a little large but it was ok. They remade the pillow in 2016 and it’s perfect.
