Once I really read the directions and followed them to a tee I have not any issues. The key for me was 1. Removing the BUTTERFLY logo side of the tape first and then 2. Sticking is on the back of my ear (not head). Once I did that the tabs made it easy to get the other side of the tape off and stick it to my head.
