This dispenser weighs 16.07 oz. You absolutely CANNOT use this one handed unless your tape has no adhesive on it. This thing slides across the desk like a figure skater. I am thinking of drilling a hole in the backside then filling it with playbox sand in order to possibly add enough weight to allow one handed use (why I bought it). **Q: is tape included?** A: Scotch Desktop Tape Dispenser Silvertech, Two-Tone (C60-St), Black/Silver, 1 Pack has no tape (photo is misleading).
