It is a bit odd how narrow the space between supports for each dumbbell is, which makes it a bit challenging to get out heavier weights. On the whole, the value and size is great. The majority of the product is plastic, but seems sturdy and has not broken, using it with 8,10 and 15 lbs weights. If you are careless or rough with it, i don't doubt it could be easily broken. I was happy to find something small and relatively affordable, and it has served it intended purpose well.
