Review: Small reservoir but great for independent toddlers - So far so good! It works wonderfully for my potty training 2 year old. I love the adjustable height, I put a toy bin under the sink to catch the dirty water. The water lasts about a day before I have to refill it. IF he washes his hands efficiently and doesn’t leave the water running. Otherwise it would be more likely that I’d have to refill it every time.
Review: so disappointed - my daughter is 2 on the 18th this would have been an amazing thing for her to have to start washing her hands and brushing her teeth however the pump to this does not work. when assembling i noticed a piece of plastic was cracked which, fine, it’s no big deal. the cap to the water tank was also not added to the box lol but that as well is no big deal i’ll just have to get creative about what to put in so she doesn’t throw a bunch of stuff in the hole. but… the pump not working for the water… well that just sucks! i tried calling the number they have listed and no answer, i went on the website and maybe it’s just me but it seems to be a motorcycle parts website?? idk who to even contact now… will be adding video and pictures once’s i go upstairs again.

**Q: How well does the pump work after weeks? Does it make a sound?**
A: The pump doesn’t make any sounds.

**Q: Do you have to fill in the water manual? Where does the trash water go?**
A: You must purchase your own water recepticle. We went to Dollar Tree and bought a $1 jug with a screw on lid. Holds 3/4 gallon of water. Then we cut a hole in the lid the size of the hose. Worked perfect. You load the water in hole to the left of the faucet so it's always full.
