A: It's not vacuum packed, but should be sealed airtight. If yours is solid, it would seem the powder has got damp?

A: It alter and buffers the pH within 10-60 seconds, depending on amount of water and how quickly it is dispersed through water

**Q: I’ve noticed an odour coming from my goldfish tank can this help with it?**
A: This product balances the pH , but if there is an odour it would suggest an issue with the organics in the water and this with Aquarium Klear Xtra would address those issues

Good for all fish, but for snails and shrimp is a no go they all die lost like £50 worth of snails and shrimp when using this. So I'm not buying invertebrates
