Up until this week it’s been great. I would encourage anyone to purchase the extended warranty. Just this week I’ve had 2 cameras go bad with in days of each other. I purchased this system to replace an older one. Set up was very easy and cameras came already paired to the NVR. Picture quality is great both daytime and night vision. The app is loaded with tools and I also have it connected to a TV monitor. The fact the NVR is WiFi capable gave me more choices for placement. I can not express how pleased I am with customer support. I had additional questions and they always replied to email or returned a phone call. I highly recommend this system.
