On the one hand it worked on parts of my lawn but not others. The parts where it worked really well were shaded from the sun for the majority of the day and happened to get a lot of water from my neighbors' sprinklers. That area of the lawn tends to be lush, green, and full anyway with those particular conditions. So adding this to the bare spots I had in that area worked great. You can't even see where the problem areas were anymore. However, I also used this on other areas of my lawn but those that got much more sun and less water (even though I did water it twice a day per directions) the grass and seed never took nor grew much, if at all. I'm going to buy another bag and try again now that it's rainy season with less sun. I think this will help fill in the lawn before winter and probably work decently well.
