DIM comes from broccoli so it lets me know the ingredients are real. Plus, after one time use, I lost water weight and felt tighter after three days in so far. If you’re drinking alcohol and eating badly and not exercising —I don’t think you’ll see much impact from this product. If you’re on a true wellness journey and doing what you have to, then I think this is a good supplement. Worth the cost. This will be the DIM brand I stick with now.

Yes there’s a smell. Almost like bad broccoli but that makes me like it! DIM comes from broccoli so it lets me know the ingredients are real. Plus, after one time use, I lost water weight and felt tighter after three days in so far.
