So if you’re looking for a stabilizer to move the implants down more drastically I’d recommend buying a separate band (I did) to put my downward pressure and shift implants. The size is comfortable. I used the size chart to see what size I needed to order and it fits true to size. I was prior to surgery a 36C so I ordered based on my pre surgery size since it’s mostly about the band size. I’m not sure of what my post surgery size is yet.
