I used a good quality cleaner and black spot remover and have sealed with this, using a sprayer. Easily did 2 coats on ~45sqm. It’s quite expensive, so expectations are high. I clearly makes the water bead like a waxed finish. No real change to the finish. Was easy to apply and needed no buffing despite it saying it might.
