You obviously need an acoustic uke with a pickup that you can plug into the Pyle 5-channel if you want your uke coming out the main speaker. Then you just plug your XLR or 1/4 inch mic into the mic input and you can mix the uke and mic before it is output to a speaker or amp. I do use an Steel String Electric Uke and a XLR condenser headset mic with this and it works and mixes perfectly. I output to a rechargeable speaker with a 3.5mm wire.
