I absolutely love working out on my springboard!! It is the first exercise program I can't wait to do each day. I am taking pilates in the studio and this provides me a cheaper option than a reformer to continue with my practice on the days I am not in the studio. I like the product and it had good instructions to install. But there were many issues from balanced body where the package got lost and they couldn’t track it and no one really knew what was going on. It was very frustrating
