She was unable to start using it until the summer unfortunately because of school obligations. By the time she was able to use it, the return window had closed. The sewing machine does not work. The needle continuously hits the plastic underneath where the bobbin is supposed to sit and will not connect with the bobbin string at all. I believe the whole compartment is misaligned because when we took it all apart to look at it. There was no way that it would connect. I tried to get a hold of the seller, but it is nearly impossible. I got a hold of someone at Amazon, who said because the return window had closed. I had to contact the seller, but as I said, I have been unable to get a hold of them so I decided I would write a review and maybe they would see it and get in contact with me. I really wanted to like this machine. It’s nice and lightweight. It came with tons of supplies, but didn’t work basically right out of the box.
