**Q: What is the gauss rating of each magnet please ?**
A: I don't know but it is very strong.  It holds a badge easily and securely through a thick winter sweater.

**Q: does it come with label print paper that you can print your name or you just write your name on the adhesive?**
A: No. This doesn't come with a label to print on . It's just the magnets .

**Q: Are these rust proof?**
A: I am using mine on plastic name badges and don't anticipate them getting wet. I had a different kind years ago and the outer metal chipped off but it did not rust. These are very well made, and strong. Hope this helps:)

Haben die ursprünglichen Halterungen an den Namensschildern weggemacht und die Magnethalterungen benutzt. Ist deutlich schonender zur Kleidung! Auch die Kraft des Magneten ist gut!

I have to go to networking events for work all the time, and they always have plastic name badges that either have a pin or a clip, which is inconvenient to attach to womens' suits or dresses, and always flip around.  Since I'm always getting a new name badge at every event, I wanted a magnet that I could remove and use again.  I have only used it once so far, but it was perfect.  I just slipped one side into the back of the name badge, and the other on the inside of my suit.  The badge was very strong and stayed in place all night.  I'm glad there are extras as well, since I will be able to share them with friends and colleagues.
