Review: Sodium reduction helper - We have to follow low sodium diets, and this is a big help. We still don't sprinkle this on most of our foods, but when we just have to add a bit of salt (baking, pots of soup, etc), this is our go to. We don't even buy regular salt any more. This tastes just the same, not weaker, and saves us 1/2 the sodium! And I don't see any issues in the baked goods. We'll continue to use it.
