It was recommended by a sales person at the local vitamins/herbal remedies store. I went in asking for another product and she asked if I would try this instead for 30 days and let her know if it works. I thought wouldn’t hurt, so I added it to my pill packs. At the end of the bottle, I had no more pain in my hands.
