Knowing the cables are way too short for any sort of use, but I got this anyway just to have something handy for traveling if you forget your main cables. My (HTC) phone does not get recognized in Windows 7 and complains about plugging it in a 2.0 USB port to make it run faster, which it already is. This is not a drivers issue or PC issue. Folks go crazy trying to diagnose such issues. With mainstream phones connected via a micro-usb port, this is a simple connection. On a side note, you get what you pay for, but this particular product sold by this company and fulfilled by desertcart just seems like a complete rip-off. I hope consumers these days compare prices.
