A: Yes

**Q: I received an empty plastic package with zero sleeves inside. just the packaging. bizarre. refund making me “return” item. it’s empty! now what?**
A: I would guess manufacturer's error and nothing more

**Q: Do these fit yugioh cards?**
A: No they do not. They only fit standard size cards, not Japanese sized

**Q: Would these fit in a top loader?**
A: I use these for my mtg cards and then place them in Dragon Shield sleeves. They also fit, double sleeved, into a quad folio side or top loaded. They also fit great into a hard plastic top loader sleeve.

Bought a few packs of these, and these sealable inner sleeves fit Pokemon and MTG cards perfectly without bending them, living up to the name. Slips into any regular sleeve easily after that.
