**Q: Hi, I tore the silicone tray separating it from the ice block below the tray. Do you sell replacement silicone trays?**

**Q: How do I fill the tray without having the water leak to the bottom before placing it into the fridge?**
A: The whole thing, including the space under the blue tray is supposed to be full of water - that is how it works.  There is a demo video on YouTube and our website - look up ClearlyFrozen.

**Q: I am having an issue where the water leaks out between the silicone and liner, so the ice cube tray does not fill all the way. What am I doing wrong?**
A: I fill up the liner tray with water to about the point where the silicone cube tray just touches the water in the liner when I insert it. Then fill up the silicone cube slots slowly until each is just about at the top. I haven't had an issue with the silicone tray staying full. In the end, you will have water continuously from the bottom of the liner to the top of the silicone cube tray. Mine takes 20-21 hours to freeze the cubes in the silicone with just slight freezing in the liner.

It takes a while to get the process right, but once you do it produces consistent, pretty clear cubes. They aren't perfectly clear, but much better than normal. For me, I found it needs 19 hours in the freezer (+/- 1 hour). You don't want to under or over freeze or your results will suffer. When I got it, I started off partially pre-filling the plastic liner, dropping in the blue mold and finish filling the blue mold. I eventually got tired of it you have to keep checking the level and topping up the individual cubes until it was right. Too fiddly for me. I've found that filling the liner to about 1/4" from the top, then dropping in the mold works best. Once I got this figured out, it all became a piece of cake. I like watching it sink & fill up to the perfect level. It actually doesn’t take long to sink and it makes the process very simple. I don't seem to be getting the "tall" cubes any more, the cubes are frozen through and haven't had a chance for much air to make them less clear. I'm happy with it and Jim, the owner of the business, really seems to care about his product and customers.
