These are something that allowed me to open up my wardrobe choices, saves me money in long run from not staining dress shirts/shirts, and actually helps prevent sweating as my arms are not glued down to my sides anymore (more air flow). I usually fit between Large Larges and smaller Xlarges, and I went with XL and it fits kinda small-- but good for undershirt.
