Although I haven't been in the yoga routine very long, I can already tell a difference in how I feel and my body. I also really enjoy it for the relaxation it gives me.This yoga stretch out strap was essential in order to continue on with the yoga exercises I've been doing.So far I think this strap is amazing!!! Whether you're into yoga or not this stretch out strap would be great for anyone who would like to use it to stretch out their muscles.This strap very good quality is made of very soft material that is firm but stretchy. This strap can be stretched with the perfect amount of resistance and does not hurt your hands while using it.Since I'm very new to yoga, I like that it has the numbered loops. It makes it so much easier to get started and it gradually eases you into the right amount of resistance and the loops have helped me to be able to hold certain positions that couldn't do before.Overall, I'm very happy with the positive results that I've gotten from using it. My body feels so much better after stretching my muscles. I think that it seems durable enough to hold up with time.
