Product Description Step 1: Soak the Filter After taking out the filter, please soak it into cold tap water for 10 mins to activate it. Step 2: Clean the Jug Wash a pitcher, a lid and a reservoir with a mild detergent and flush them with water. DO NOT wash them with a dishwasher or an abrasive cleanser. Step 3: Install and Clean Firmly press the filter into the reservoir to form a tight seal; discard the first two pitchers of filtered water or use it to water plants. Step 4: Activate the Indicator Hold the button for 5 seconds until the blue light flashes to activate the indicator. Monitor the filter status as you pour water out. Review: This really works - I am very pleased with this water filter jug. It’s the glass one and is stable and has a great non stick base that helps keep it secure. This base comes off so you can clean it too. The handle has a nice smooth feel to it. The water filter allows water through really quickly and the difference in taste from the original tap water is massive. I have not had a water filters for many years and thought I would give it a go. Good value for money,I really do recommend it.

**Q: I have just bought the 3.5l waterdrop filter jug. went to buy the waterdrop filters and it states that they are not compatible with the jug???**
