**Q: ingredients**
A: Bittersweet chocolate(unsweetened chocolate), sugar, cocoa butter milk fat  soy lechitin vanilla.Personal opinion: far and away the best chocolate from a major manufacturer!

**Q: I use a bag of these every couple of weeks. love them! but i have already ordered the limit of 4. when can i order more? want them to arrive b4 summer**
A: You can order from other sellers. Amazon limits their orders but the other sellers not. The last day for order chocolates is April 15th.

**Q: Do these melt really well? I need bittersweet chocolate for a cheesecake and the chips are much cheaper than the bar.**
A: These chips melt very quickly and smoothly in a Bain Marie. I prefer using them to the bars and, I agree, the chips are less expensive. Happy baking!

**Q: How are this packaged when it is hot out to prevent melting?**
A: The bag came in plastic which was sealed to a piece of cardboard and that was in a box.  There was no insulation. A lot of the chips had melted together.  I was surprised to read the other comments that there was an ice pack with it.  The one I received did not have an ice pack

I used these to make homemade chocolate truffles for Christmas. I bought two bundles and was able to make a huge amount of truffles, three different flavors including enough to have their own chocolate shell. The chocolate in this product is definitely superior to what you can get at your local grocery store and is more than likely the same price if not a little cheaper for the quantity you are buying. My father and he did a comparison taste test between these and the Tollhouse chocolate chips that we had on hand and found that these are definitely richer in taste and a little smoother as well. If you have a head for making treats, and you want to do something special for the holidays or that special someone, I highly recommend using this product as one of your ingredients.
