Can it withstand heat while cooking?** A: No, we do not recommend it be used in that manner as it is plastic and cannot withstand cooking heat. **Q: Will this fit the billy pot 2.5L?** A: No, it sits down in the bottom of the 2.5L billy and will fit the 27 fry pan and bowls for straining liquids.
