Once the most recent bios, drivers, and most importantly the 'ASUS Aura' software was installed all LEDs worked perfectly. You can download it from ASUS' website. One tip is to completely turn off the PSU (disconnect power) then reconnecting before installing the AURA software as the BIOS needs to clear out LED settings.
