Rope, Black From the Manufacturer Carbiner rope tightener for easy attachment to fixed points. Easily secure loads, achieve maximum tension. Load rated - not for climbing Review: Great product, long time user - I use these in the winter to tie down ropes on my winter plant storage greenhouses. (For around 10 years.) I just bought a couple more for this winter to replace a few I lost. I use them to tighten and hold down ropes on tarps that close off the greenhouses. (I will go out after a snow and shovel snow into the greenhouse to add moisture to the plants.) I sometimes use these carabiners when they are covered in snow and ice. Better than knots for me, easy to release. They work well to grip on the rope even if it's slightly icy and stiff from the winter's day. They're an important part of my winter setup. Review: Would never camp again without them. - These things are amazing. They're lightweight but durable and make set up a total breeze. I bought them for my tarp that I set up over my tent so that I can get better airflow instead of using my tent's rainfly. What normally took me about 10 minutes with constant adjustments now takes me less than one minute. Although over the course of a 4 night camping trip I did have to adjust the lines some, mainly because I was drunk and tripped over a couple of the lines at night, they pretty much had the same tautness over the whole 4 days. I would recommend these to anyone and would totally purchase again. ## Features - Material Handling Equipment ,Pulling, Lifting, Lowering & Conveying - Country of manufacture: China - Manufacturer: Nite Ize ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0017HGNSI | | Best Sellers Rank | #35,842 in Industrial & Scientific ( See Top 100 in Industrial & Scientific ) #198 in Chain & Rope Fittings | | Brand | Nite Ize | | Brand Name | Nite Ize | | Color | Silver Gates | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 981 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00094664008083 | | Included Components | Unit^Instruction Guide | | Item Dimensions L x W | 2.72"L x 1.69"W | | Item Type Name | Rope Tightener | | Item Weight | 19.87 g | | Lock Type | Wire Lock | | Manufacturer | Nite Ize | | Material | Zinc | | Material Type | Zinc | | Shape | D-Shape | | UPC | 132017690759 094664008083 856605493903 182682410732 757274064978 168141322518 012302701424 822270363629 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Limited 2 year | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Nite Ize - **Color:** Silver Gates - **Item Weight:** 19.87 g - **Material:** Zinc - **Shape:** D-Shape ## Images ![Carabiner Clip/Rope Tightener, 2-3/4 In. - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71tm1SjqPOL.jpg) ![Carabiner Clip/Rope Tightener, 2-3/4 In. - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71LbtNOqfML.jpg) ![Carabiner Clip/Rope Tightener, 2-3/4 In. - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81ThsOjlfXL.jpg) ![Carabiner Clip/Rope Tightener, 2-3/4 In. - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71mxQd89DvL.jpg) ![Carabiner Clip/Rope Tightener, 2-3/4 In. - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61-zVnDwgsL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, long time user *by T***H on December 1, 2023* I use these in the winter to tie down ropes on my winter plant storage greenhouses. Helped me pitch a tarp fast when it started down poring. Good and foolproof solution for tying a ridge-line. ## Frequently Bought Together - Carabiner Clip/Rope Tightener, 2-3/4 In. - Nite Ize CamJam Cord Tightener - Tie Down Rope Tightener with Carabiner Clip - Lightweight Utility Cord Tightener for Camping Accessories & Hiking Gear - 4 Pack - Rope Tightener, 3-1/2 in., Aluminum, Silver --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/2652661-carabiner-clip-rope-tightener-2-3-4-in](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/2652661-carabiner-clip-rope-tightener-2-3-4-in) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
