**Q: what makes this diff fr any other spray bottles? What is so impt about the “dot” on the spray bottle?**
A: I am not sure what you mean about the "dot." The only dot I see in the photo is actually the nozzle that the water comes out of when you press down.

When I am misting a watercolor, I need a fine spray... a mist. Anything more would ruin the painting. While there might be a thousand other spray bottles out there that would accomplish the same thing, this is the one I choose. 

It works for me... Happy painting :-)

A: The Holbein Artist Watercolor Spray Bottle has the code HWCSB2.
This bottle has the small dot on the lid, preferred by watercolor artists.

**Q: Is this a spritzer or mister because I need both?**
A: More of a sptitzer.

**Q: What is the formula for watercolor paint and water in a spray bottle?**
A: I usually add 1/2-inch of pigment to the bottle, fill halfway with water, shake vigorously to dissolve the paint, then add more water to fill about 90% of the bottle volume. This had worked well for me.
