Once I did that a few times it straightened **Q: Is the weight in the rope or the handles?** A: I believe it's in the rope though the handles are solid. I love this rope and find it easier to use than an unweighted. It doesn't feel all that heavy but it performs better than a flimsy rope. **Q: Is there a way to shorten the rope?** A: Not made to be shortened but it is possible. I shortened mine a inch just by unscrewing bolt in handle, popped out the bearing cut the rope and then screwing the bolt back into the rope. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Review *by م***. on 11 August 2022* لم يعجبني ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by L***N on 27 November 2020* Ich liebe dieses Springseil.
