I would say the largest outer diameter straw I have is about 1 1/2 cm with a 3/4cm inner diameter and the smallest straw I got has a 1cm outer diameter and a 1/2cm inner diameter. However, the inner diameter gets significantly smaller at all of the joints in the bamboo because the bamboo is not naturally hollow all the way through. This company drilled holes in the inside of the joints so it is hollow, but some of the straws I received were not completely drilled through.
