This protein bar has more calories than many others which I like, but that's great for me since they will make a great in between meal snack when I need a few more calories. The fat content is a little high compared to many but for my workout program, fat is energy and not a downfall. I found these at GNC first and they can't keep them in stock. They literally will sell out 12 boxes in a shipment in one day which is why I came to Amazon to get them. Same price. I don't search out sugar or candy bars but I will tell you that these things are addictive!
