**Q: Is this good for permed curls?**
A: I have naturally curly/wavy hair so I don't know if it would work as well with chemical curls.  I do spend a lot of time in the swimming pool and it's been excellent.  I'd say try it, keeping in mind, that you should change shampoo types every 6 months or so.

This is far better than more expensive ones . It's great for my curly hair . I do mine with a twist. I'm the shower I shampoo and condition my hair and brush it while still wet , starting at the bottom . Then when I am out of the shower I put a dime size of condioner in and rub it through my hair , especially the ends . I place a hair wrap on after combing it through again . After I'm done w my facial routine I take the cap off , scrunch my hair to add a little more curl and air dry . It takes away my frizz and leaves soft curls . Only add the extra to last half of your hair , especially focusing on the ends . Play w it untill you get it the way you like . I totally recommend this conditioner . This will be my 1st time to use the shampoo .
