But I think this can fit to common one just like mine. **Q: Has anyone used a filtering shower head with this filter too? Is it necessary for London hard water?** A: Well I have it in Manchester and it seems to work well I felt a bit of a difference when using it **Q: How do you know when to change the cartridge?** A: The replaceable cartridge actively filters and is best performing up to 10,000 gallons of water, which is enough showers for the standard family home for at least 6 months. **Q: Does this comem with additional catridges?** A: Mine had just this, washers and plumbers tape. Did not leak so did not need the tape :) I believe I have seen the filter materials available seperately on Amazon, this means you can change the filtration to suit your needs.
