The recipe and instructions are included and it's extremely simple and was to use. The fine mesh filter is great because I prefer a less coarse grind and this does not allow for the fine grains to pass through, resulting in a very clean pitcher of cold brew. I love the aesthetics and design but it's very tall, making it hard to fit in my refrigerator configuration.
