Lightweight and portable, it zips into a compact pouch ideal for professionals on the go, campers, and anyone seeking all-day comfort with expert-backed support.

## Description

The Nada-Chair is the chair that you wear. This slouch-busting sling lets you sit comfortably for hours with effortless good posture. When you sit forward, the back support follows. Since the Nada-Chair follows your body with every move, you constantly enjoy firm, adjustable and dynamic support hugging your low back. "The Nada-Chair acts like an extra muscle that never tires," explains Arthur White, MD. By using the knees to stabilize the pelvis, muscles are relieved of their isometric tasks. The pelvis becomes a stable pedestal on which the spine can effortlessly rest with natural curves restored.

## Features

- HELPS RELIEF LOWER BACKPAIN - The Nada Chair BackUp comfortably supports people who suffer from lower back pain, especially pregnant women. It helps maintain correct posture.
- EASES BACK STRAIN - Aside from pregnant women, NASA astronauts have traveled with the BackUp. This simple back support helps relieve their micro-G (microgravity) induced backpain. Nada Chair even has the World Chiropractic Alliance's endorsement.
- SIT UPRIGHT COMFORTABLY - The BackUp's design allows computer users and campers to sit upright easily without compromising their low back.
- PROVIDES EXTRA CUSHION - This back-support system comes with a standard accessory, the CushShins, which distribute the leaning weight over 3x as much area of the shin. The large knee cushions and back pad also fits perfectly for people with bigger body-built. Whereas, smaller-frame users get to enjoy the extra cushion.
- CONVENIENTLY CONVERTS INTO A SMALL POUCH - This wearable chair can be folded into a portable pouch so you can bring it anywhere, even when you go camping.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are instructions supposed to come with this? I just received this and have no clue how to put it on.**
A: The small logo/label on the top of back pad is positioned on your left. The adjustment buckles on the straps face up and atop your thighs. The knee pads positioned inward toward each knee. Once on correctly there is a clip to keep your legs together. There is a strap that goes around your belly on the front just so the contraption hangs on you if you get up to move around. It is a little confusing at first but I love it and have used it at my computer desk for over a year. It helps with posture, alignment of the spine and to alleviate "Head Forward Syndrome". Helps my lower back issues tremendously.

**Q: comes with accessory CushShins ?**
A: These are little pads that can be placed over your knee caps if you desire but they are easily adjustable and you can move them out of the way if you feel you do not need them. I love my Nada Chair and it helps me stretch my lower back and hips. Very high quality. (My brother is a Physical Therapist and he recommended it to me).

**Q: Is this chair hand washable or machine washable on delicate setting?**
A: Yes, made with sturdy material.

**Q: what color is it?**
A: The one I have is black. There may be other colors. I don't know if that is the case
