Review: do not silver leaf without this - I had this project that I had to do these 4 doors in champagne with a silver leaf base. I tried the spray adhesive, I tried the Mona Lisa brush on glue, water base, nothing worked as well as this. This allowed me to cover the entire piece, let dry, and silver leaf without the open time running out. I love this stuff. I wouldn't leaf without it again.

I had this project that I had to do these 4 doors in champagne with a silver leaf base. I tried the spray adhesive, I tried the Mona Lisa brush on glue, water base, nothing worked as well as this. This allowed me to cover the entire piece, let dry, and silver leaf without the open time running out. I love this stuff. I wouldn't leaf without it again.
