**Q: How much sodium is in this?**
A: If you use all the dry and liquid soup base provided it's huge 1230mg.  However, the good thing is you can reduce that a lot by either using less amount of soup base and/or not drinking all the soup.  I never drink the soup of instant noodles, just eat the noodles.  If you add some leftover steak this noodle meal will blow your mind for an instant.
