I had some bad muscle memory that is known as a leak that includes a slight wrist twist on take back. Not quite as bad as a waiters tray serve, but far from perfect. Now on the product. This contraption can be somewhat dangerous with its three balls headed straight to your face at times. Balls to your face is never really a good thing, just ask Paris Hilton. I almost quit in the first couple of minutes. However, I had a great server to help me. Yes, I know there is a grainy video that looks like it's from the 70's available, but an actual real person in real time helps immensely, not to mention saving your face, and other notable body parts from damage. I divided the lesson into three sections as recommended, and had it down in about 20 minutes to my surprise. If you saw me at first you would have said that I would never get it. It is helping my serve. If you can't do it, then you aren't serving correctly, so I was motivated by that alone. It's an eye opener. You might be surprised to know that nearly everyone on city, or school courts has a bad serve and waiter trays, or some sort of glitch. Yes, nearly everyone sucks. Only about five percent actually serve correctly. They think they are serving great, however they are not even close. They end up practicing a bad serve over, and over again until it's ingrained in their muscle memory, and they end up in real trouble. I see it all the time. They would be much better off not practicing at all. Perfect practice, makes perfect.

**Q: my daughter who is 12 years old, weighs 60 LBs, plays with a reg racquet and balls and is approx 4 feet 9 inches tall.    Should she get the 1 or 2 ba**
A: Finding the right one for the user is key!  The 2 ball sounds right for this player because of her size and age (coordination, experience and maturity are also factors with kids).  Generally the 1 Ball is for 10 & U.  The 2 Ball for bigger kids, many women, smaller men, less experienced players, those with real serve issues.  It's also great for ground strokes.  The 3 ball is really for more advanced players, men (only because they tend to be taller and stronger) but many women use it, too.  The 3 ball is the longest and heaviest of the units so the most difficult to handle.  The 2 ball is most "universal".  Anyone can use it and get great results
